BZN is a Dutch pop band from the Netherlands, formed in 1966. Their most successful single was "Yeppa", released in 1980 and taken from the album Bzn.
The song was written by Jan Keizer and Jaap Schilder, with lyrics by Joke Koelewijn, and was performed by all five members of the group: Jan Keizer, Cees Tol, Henk Temming, Frank van der Velde and Tonny Eyk. It reached number one on the Dutch charts and became a big hit throughout Europe. The lyrics of "Yeppa" tell the story of a man who has lost his love and is trying to find her again. The chorus goes: "I'm looking for my Yeppa / I know she's out there somewhere".
