The genre of the song is Eurobeat, an uptempo style of dance music that originated in Italy during the 1980s. The lyrics were written by Tetsuya Komuro and Michiharu Shimoda while the arrangement was done by Tetsuya Komuro. The members of TRF at the time were DJ Masa, Yu-ki, Etsu-Taro, and Megumi.
